Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination der Kundendiensttechnikern
  • Terminierung und Überwachung von Prüf- und Wartungsfälligkeiten
  • Erstellung effizienter Tages- und Tourenpläne
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Abstimmung von Terminen mit Kunden und Technikern
  • Klärung organisatorischer und technischer Auftragsdetails
  • Nachbearbeitung von Leistungsnachweisen und Prüfberichten
  • allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Disposition
  • persönlicher Kundenkontakt vor Ort möglich
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung unseres Fuhrparks
  • (Laufende Kommunikation mit Kunden, Technikern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, auch in arbeitsreichen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Disposition, Auftragsabwicklung oder Einsatzplanung sind von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis oder Interesse an technischen Themen
