Que tal trabalhar com uma equipe engajada e que contribui para transformar a vida das pessoas?A S.I.N. tem em seu DNA o posicionamento “Human to Human”, desde o cuidado com nossos colaboradores até o zelo com nossos clientes finais.Venha gerar sorrisos com a S.I.N.!#SorrisosQueGeramSorrisosResponsabilidades e atribuições Administrar, monitorar e manter a infraestrutura de TI, incluindo servidores físicos e virtuais (Windows e Linux), ambientes em nuvem (Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud) e redes corporativas.Garantir a disponibilidade, o desempenho e a segurança dos ambientes tecnológicos, gerenciando controles de acesso, firewalls, VPNs, backups, recuperação de desastres e proteção contra ameaças cibernéticas.Monitorar a capacidade da infraestrutura, identificar riscos e gargalos, solucionar incidentes críticos e implementar ações preventivas e melhorias contínuas.Elaborar e manter documentações técnicas, diagramas de infraestrutura, procedimentos operacionais e planos de contingência.Participar da definição da arquitetura tecnológica, de projetos de infraestrutura, migrações, atualizações e implantação de novas soluções.Automatizar rotinas operacionais por meio de scripts e ferramentas de gerenciamento, visando aumentar a eficiência e reduzir riscos.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a conformidade com políticas corporativas e requisitos regulatórios.Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de TI, Segurança da Informação, Desenvolvimento e áreas de negócio para atender às demandas da organização.Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe, compartilhando conhecimentos e apoiando o desenvolvimento dos profissionais mais juniores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida na administração de ambientes Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux Server, Microsoft 365 e Azure, além de conhecimentos avançados em virtualização (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V ou similares).Conhecimento em redes corporativas, incluindo TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching e routing, bem como administração de firewalls e soluções de segurança, como Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco ou similares.Experiência com soluções de backup e recuperação de desastres, monitoramento de infraestrutura, análise de desempenho e automação de rotinas utilizando PowerShell, Bash ou Python.Conhecimentos avançados em Cybersecurity, incluindo gestão de vulnerabilidades, hardening de servidores, proteção de endpoints, controle de acesso, segmentação de redes e aplicação de boas práticas de segurança da informação.Experiência na identificação, análise, contenção, erradicação e recuperação de incidentes de segurança cibernética, incluindo investigações de eventos, análise de logs, correlação de eventos e identificação de causas-raiz.Conhecimento e experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e detecção de ameaças, como SIEM, EDR/XDR, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar ou soluções similares.Conhecimento de frameworks e controles de segurança, como NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls e ISO 27001, além de experiência na elaboração de planos de resposta a incidentes, continuidade de negócios e recuperação de desastres (BCP/DRP).Capacidade de atuar em conjunto com equipes de Segurança da Informação na resposta a ataques cibernéticos, ransomware, phishing, comprometimento de contas e outros eventos críticos.Conhecimento ou experiência com soluções Microsoft de segurança e gerenciamento de identidades e dispositivos, incluindo Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access e Intune/MDM.Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e contratos de tecnologia.
