Que tal trabalhar com uma equipe engajada e que contribui para transformar a vida das pessoas?A S.I.N. tem em seu DNA o posicionamento “Human to Human”, desde o cuidado com nossos colaboradores até o zelo com nossos clientes finais.Venha gerar sorrisos com a S.I.N.!#SorrisosQueGeramSorrisosResponsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, garantindo o correto funcionamento dos recursos de Tecnologia da Informação e a qualidade do atendimento, por meio da gestão e resolução de incidentes e requisições via Service Desk, cumprindo os SLAs estabelecidos.Realizar diagnóstico e solucionar problemas relacionados a hardware, software, sistemas operacionais, redes e dispositivos corporativos, além de configurar, instalar e manter computadores, notebooks, impressoras, dispositivos móveis e periféricos.Administrar contas de usuários, permissões e grupos no Active Directory e Microsoft 365, apoiando a gestão de ferramentas como Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint.Gerenciar o inventário de ativos de TI e o controle de licenças de software, além de elaborar e atualizar procedimentos, documentações técnicas e bases de conhecimento.Prestar suporte presencial e remoto aos colaboradores, apoiar a implantação e atualização de equipamentos e soluções tecnológicas, monitorar a disponibilidade dos serviços e auxiliar a equipe de infraestrutura na identificação e resolução de problemas.Apoiar a integração e o treinamento de usuários sobre ferramentas corporativas e boas práticas de TI, atuando em conjunto com fornecedores e parceiros técnicos na resolução de incidentes, quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com suporte técnico a usuários em ambientes corporativos, incluindo instalação, configuração e troubleshooting de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos, além de conhecimentos em sistemas operacionais Windows 10 e Windows 11.Conhecimento em Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint e Exchange Online), Active Directory, gerenciamento de usuários e permissões.Conhecimentos em redes, incluindo TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN e conectividade, além de experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto e sistemas de Service Desk.Experiência com gerenciamento de ativos e inventário de equipamentos, bem como conhecimentos básicos em administração de dispositivos móveis por meio de soluções MDM/Intune.Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação e scripts será considerado um diferencial.
