Estamos comprometidos em oferecer um ambiente acessível e acolhedor para todos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no cuidado aos pacientes através de atendimentos ambulatoriais e domiciliares em situação de risco, quando aplicável.Organizar o espaço físico do local de trabalho e das salas de atendimento de saúde.Realizar o acolhimento e o atendimento dos beneficiários, prestando orientações, agendando consultas, bem como auxiliando os médicos e enfermeiros em procedimentos específicos, visando a qualidade e a otimização da assistência à saúde.Cadastrar os beneficiários na estratégia Saúde da Família, seguindo normas e diretrizes estabelecidas.Participar de reuniões técnicas e administrativas.Higienizar pacientes.Monitorar evolução dos pacientes.Controlar materiais e medicamentos utilizados no atendimento.Atender, junto com os profissionais da Equipe de Saúde da Família, os familiares dos beneficiários cadastrados no serviço.Participar do planejamento e do desenvolvimento de programas de saúde e de vigilância de risco, quando aplicável.Realizar o pré-atendimento dos participantes com a coleta dos dados antropométricos.Executar atividades de desinfeção de superfícies e equipamentos de saúde.Preparar e administrar medicações por via oral, tópica, intradérmica, subcutânea, intramuscular, endovenosa e retal, segundo prescrição médicaRealizar intervenções terapêuticas, tais como nebulização e oxigenioterapia, conforme prescrição médica;Auxiliar o Enfermeiro na realização de curativos e retirada de pontos;Executar outras tarefas compatíveis com as exigências para o exercício da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPRÉ-REQUISITOS:Curso Técnico em EnfermagemRegistro no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN)Experiência na áreaEnsino Médio completo REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:Conhecimento no Pacote Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point, WordExperiência em atendimento na Atenção primária à saúdeConhecimento em linguagem LibrasInformações adicionaisSalário: R$ 4.341,29 (após o período de experiência)Carga horária: 40 horas/semanaisVaga presencial
