Executar atividades inerentes a segurança da loja, assegurando o perfeito funcionamento do estabelecimento comercial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

ü Checar diariamente os equipamentos de segurança, assegurando o pleno funcionamento dos mesmos.

ü Adotar atitudes preventivas ao furto, vistoriando a área de vendas, a fim de observar o movimento da loja, sem levantar falsas suspeitas.

ü Acompanhar o transporte de valores até a tesouraria da loja, assegurando a entrega e a guarda conforme procedimentos de segurança.

ü Acompanhar o Gerente na abertura e/ou fechamento da loja, assegurando a realização destas rotinas com segurança e dentro dos procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa.

ü Realizar rondas no salão da loja, visando detectar alguma anormalidade.

ü Contribuir diariamente para a prevenção e redução de perdas em sua área de atuação.

ü Acompanhar recolhimento de numerário, visando prevenir furtos e roubos.

ü Prestar orientação aos clientes, fornecendo um atendimento cortês e identificando as suas necessidades.

ü Atuar na prevenção de perdas, acompanhando o recolhimento de troco.

ü Acompanhar os colaboradores dando suporte em conduções as Delegacias, para que seus direitos sejam preservados.

ü Fazer interrogações tomando ciência de qualquer ato lesivo praticado por colaboradores, terceirizados, prestadores de serviços ou clientes, solicitando a área de Patrimônio, para verificar a veracidade dos fatos e tomar as medidas cabíveis da empresa.

ü Cuidar da integridade física dos colaboradores da empresa.

ü Acompanhar a equipe de Fiscalização, prestando apoio na venda de uma grande quantidade de mercadorias.

ü Executar a reconferência de mercadorias que chegam às lojas, confrontando as quantidades descarregadas com as quantidades da nota fiscal.

ü Contribuir diariamente para a prevenção e redução de perdas em sua área de atuação.

ü Realizar rondas em todas as dependências da loja, visando detectar alguma anormalidade.

ü Executar outras atividades correlatas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesOrganização, Comunicação verbal e escrita, Relacionamento Interpessoal, Apresentação Pessoal, Trabalho em Equipe e EmpatiaEscolaridade: Ensino fundamental completo.Experiência anterior na função ou em em áreas correlatas.
