⁣Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe! Buscamos vendedor de auto peças diesel, com boa comunicação, excelente relacionamento interpessoal, proativo, disposto a trabalhar com metas e que ofereça um excelente atendimento ao cliente.

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas

  • Atender clientes através do telemarketing, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo as peças adequadas para seus veículos.
  • Realizar vendas por telefone, atendendo solicitações de clientes e efetuando os pedidos de peças.
  • Atender ao cliente no balcão para vendas de peças;
  • Responsável por concluir a venda realizada através de ligação e, quando o cliente optar por pagamento via cartão ou PIX no momento da retirada da peça, efetuar o recebimento do pagamento.
  • Acompanhar o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente e buscando fidelizá-lo para futuras compras.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa, visando o aprimoramento contínuo de suas habilidades.
  • Seguir as normas e procedimentos internos da empresa, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior em Curso. (Área comercial e/ou administrativa).
  • Informática Intermediária (Pacote office);
  • Desejável conhecimento em auto peças e catálogos;
  • Experiência mínima de 01 ano na área Comercial.

Diferencial

  • Cursos na área de Vendas;
  • Diferencial experiência em Concessionárias.

Informações Complementares

  • Remuneração: Comissionamento Puro: Atacado 0,8% e Varejo 1,6% (por 12 meses).
