Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Contratos Jurídicos para atuar em nosso projeto em Registro – SP, apoiando as rotinas jurídicas e administrativas relacionadas à gestão de contratos da empresa.Buscamos um profissional organizado, analítico e com boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação, que tenha interesse em atuar com elaboração, análise, acompanhamento e controle de documentos e obrigações contratuais.A atuação será 100% presencial em Registro – SP.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar e analisar contratos com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços, locadores e parceiros comerciais, seguindo as orientações e modelos do departamento jurídico.Acompanhar prazos de vigência, vencimentos, renovações, reajustes, aditivos e rescisões contratuais.Providenciar o encaminhamento de contratos para assinatura, acompanhar assinaturas eletrônicas e organizar o arquivamento dos documentos.Realizar consultas em sistemas de tribunais e órgãos competentes, acompanhar movimentações processuais e atualizar controles internos.Organizar e manter atualizados contratos, procurações, notificações, documentos societários, certidões e demais documentos jurídicos.Apoiar a conferência de documentos cadastrais de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, conforme os procedimentos internos.Apoiar a gestão no controle de obrigações contratuais, elaboração de relatórios, planilhas e acompanhamento de demandas administrativas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior em Direito cursando ou completo.Não é necessário possuir OAB ou registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.Experiência com rotinas administrativas jurídicas, gestão de contratos ou acompanhamento documental.Conhecimento em elaboração, revisão e controle de contratos.Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Boa redação, organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de análise.Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Registro – SP.Diferencial: experiência com contratos relacionados a obras, construção civil, infraestrutura ou saneamento básico.
