Atuar no apoio às rotinas administrativas da empresa, auxiliando na organização de documentos, atualização de planilhas e sistemas internos, controle de informações e demais atividades de suporte ao departamento. A oportunidade visa proporcionar aprendizado prático e desenvolvimento profissional, em conjunto com as atividades teóricas e práticas previstas no Programa de Aprendizagem.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar, classificar, digitalizar e arquivar documentos físicos e digitais.Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas, controles e sistemas internos.Apoiar o preenchimento e a conferência de documentos administrativos.Realizar cópias, digitalizações e encaminhamento de documentos às áreas responsáveis.Auxiliar no atendimento telefônico e no direcionamento de solicitações, quando necessário.Apoiar a organização de materiais e documentos do departamento.Realizar consultas e lançamentos simples nos sistemas, conforme orientação do responsável.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e controles administrativos.Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área.Cumprir os procedimentos internos e as orientações recebidas.Participar das atividades teóricas e práticas previstas no Programa de Aprendizagem.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar matriculado e frequentando regularmente a escola, quando aplicável.Estar vinculado a um programa de aprendizagem oferecido por instituição formadora habilitada.Conhecimentos básicos de informática.Conhecimentos básicos em Word e Excel.Boa organização e atenção às atividades realizadas.Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Responsabilidade, comprometimento e interesse em aprender.
