Buscamos profissional para atuar na área de Suprimentos CAPEX da CBMM, apoiando a contratação de materiais, equipamentos e serviços voltados para projetos de investimento, expansão e melhoria dos ativos industriais da companhia.

O profissional terá atuação próxima às áreas de Engenharia, Projetos e Operações, contribuindo para a execução dos processos de compras com foco em competitividade, qualidade, prazo, governança e geração de valor para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir processos de compras de materiais, equipamentos e serviços destinados aos projetos de investimento (CAPEX). Realizar cotações, análises comerciais e equalização de propostas, apoiando a seleção das melhores alternativas de fornecimento. Apoiar negociações comerciais com fornecedores, buscando condições competitivas de custo, prazo, qualidade e mitigação de riscos. Realizar análises de mercado e identificação de potenciais fornecedores para atendimento às demandas dos projetos. Aplicar conceitos e metodologias de Strategic Sourcing nos processos sob sua responsabilidade. Participar dos processos de homologação de fornecedores e avaliação de riscos de fornecimento. Apoiar a elaboração e gestão de contratos, acompanhando o cumprimento das condições comerciais acordadas. Atuar em conjunto com áreas de interface, como Engenharia, Projetos, Planejamento, Jurídico, Fiscal e Cadastro. Realizar a criação, acompanhamento e gestão de pedidos e contratos em sistemas corporativos. Elaborar análises, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão. Contribuir para o cumprimento das políticas, procedimentos e práticas de governança da área de Suprimentos. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e participar da construção de planos de melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento dos processos de compras e negociação com fornecedores. Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel. Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal. Conhecimento básico em Strategic Sourcing. Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à produtividade e análise de dados.

Desejáveis

Pós-graduação em Compras, Logística, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em SAP, Ariba, Mercado Eletrônico ou plataformas de e-Procurement. Conhecimento tributário aplicado aos processos de compras. Inglês intermediário. Experiência ou conhecimento em projetos industriais, engenharia, manutenção ou implantação de ativos. Conhecimento do mercado de materiais, equipamentos e serviços para os segmentos de mineração, siderurgia ou metalurgia. Conhecimento em análise de custos, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) e gestão contratual.
