Atua na gestão de investimentos em canais como Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads e outras plataformas de mídia, realizando análises de desempenho, testes A/B, segmentação de públicos e acompanhamento de indicadores-chave (KPIs). Desenvolve relatórios e insights estratégicos para maximizar o retorno sobre investimento (ROI), além de colaborar com equipes de marketing, conteúdo e vendas para garantir o alcance dos objetivos de negócio.Principais responsabilidades:Planejar e gerenciar campanhas de mídia paga em diferentes plataformas digitais;Monitorar e otimizar continuamente a performance das campanhas;Analisar métricas e indicadores de desempenho, como CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS e conversão;Realizar testes e experimentações para aprimorar resultados;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar recomendações estratégicas;Gerenciar orçamentos de mídia e garantir a eficiência dos investimentos;Implementar e acompanhar tags, pixels e ferramentas de mensuração;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e novas estratégias de aquisição de tráfego;Gestão de planejamento e budget de marketing;Gestão de contratos, ações, entregas e resultados de agências parceiras;Responsável por analisar as necessidades do canal, definir processos, firmar parcerias e realizar a interface com as áreas internas da MRV: marketing, trade, comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;Gestão de relacionamentos, boa capacidade de comunicação, planejamento e organização;Habilidades analíticas;Domínio em Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisO que você terá? • Salário compatível com o mercado; • Alimentação: Benefício Alimentação Alelo - flexível; • Saúde e bem-estar: Plano de saúde e Plano odontológico; • Mobilidade: Vale-transporte; • Incentivo à atividade física: TotalPass; • Desconto com empresas parceiras: Allya; • Modalidade: 100% Presencial; • Benefícios: Conforme convenção coletiva de trabalho; • Benefícios SER Sangue Verde: Além de nos intitularmos Sangue Verde, temos um pacote de benefícios só para a gente; • E muito mais!
