.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Garantir a aderência dos processos da empresa às normas e boas práticas aplicáveis;Atuar na gestão e evolução do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI);Mapear, revisar e acompanhar processos, políticas, procedimentos e controles internos;Avaliar a conformidade dos processos de TI em relação aos requisitos estabelecidos pelas normas;Conduzir e acompanhar auditorias internas e externas;Preparar as áreas e processos para auditorias de certificação, manutenção e recertificação;Identificar não conformidades, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria;Elaborar, acompanhar e cobrar planos de ação para tratamento de não conformidades;Garantir a manutenção das evidências e documentações necessárias para auditorias;Acompanhar indicadores e controles relacionados à conformidade dos processos;Orientar as áreas quanto à correta aplicação das normas, políticas e procedimentos;Manutenção dos requisitos das normas ISO/IEC 20000-1 e ISO/IEC 27001;Atuar na disseminação das boas práticas de Governança de TI e Gestão de Serviços de TI;Avaliar continuamente a aderência dos processos e propor melhorias;Apoiar a gestão na identificação de riscos e definição de controles;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais relacionados a auditorias, conformidade, riscos e planos de ação;Atuar como ponto focal entre as áreas de negócio, TI, auditoria e demais stakeholders envolvidos nos processos de conformidade.Requisitos: Experiência em Governança, Compliance, SGI, Gestão da Qualidade, Auditoria ou Conformidade, preferencialmente com atuação em ambientes de TI;Experiência com auditorias internas e externas;Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de processos;Conhecimento em normas, controles internos, gestão de riscos e conformidade;Vivencia o em ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001 e ITIL;Experiência com elaboração e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e documentos normativos;Experiência com tratamento de não conformidades e acompanhamento de planos de ação.

Requisitos e qualificações Certificações obrigatóriasITIL Master;Certificação relacionada à ISO/IEC 20000-1;Certificação relacionada à ISO/IEC 27001.Formação:Graduação completa em tecnologia ou áreas afins.
