Procuramos dois Analistas de Segurança de Redes Pleno para liderar tecnicamente os turnos de uma operação de serviços gerenciados que funciona 24 horas por dia, cinco dias por semana.

Responsabilidades e atribuições • Executar o processo completo de alteração de regras de segurança, da recepção da demanda até a implementação e a validação.

• Classificar as solicitações, acionar a análise de risco e conduzir a análise de compliance e a revisão técnica.

• Interagir com os solicitantes das regras para esclarecer requisitos e alinhar escopo.

• Implementar mudanças em firewalls, SASE, proxy e demais dispositivos do ambiente.

• Executar os testes pós-implementação, registrar as evidências e encerrar as demandas.

• Realizar troubleshooting de conectividade, diagnóstico avançado e captura de tráfego.

• Atender incidentes e participar das salas de crise quando acionado.

• Conduzir campanhas de certificação de regras, limpeza de regras obsoletas e otimização contínua da base.

• Documentar as mudanças executadas dentro do prazo contratado.

• Conduzir tecnicamente o turno e apoiar os analistas de menor senioridade da escala.

Requisitos e qualificações • 5+ anos de experiência em Segurança de Redes, com atuação prática em gestão de regras de firewall.

• 1+ ano de experiência com a plataforma AlgoSec, em especial FireFlow e AFA.

• Experiência prática com pelo menos uma das tecnologias do ambiente: Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cisco ASA e Firepower ou Fortinet.

• Experiência consolidada em troubleshooting de conectividade fim a fim.

• Experiência em atendimento de incidentes.

• Experiência prática com ServiceNow.

• Disponibilidade para turno fixo, de segunda a sexta, na janela da vaga.Qualificações Desejáveis (Diferenciais)

• Certificações PCNSE, CCSM, CCNP Security, AlgoSec Certified Professional, AZ-500 ou AWS Certified Security – Specialty.

• Experiência operacional com Broadcom ProxySG e Trellix IPS.

• Automação com Python e consumo de APIs REST.

• Experiência com ambientes multicloud: AWS, Azure, GCP e IBM Cloud.

• Experiência em SASE, Zscaler e Netskope.

• Vivência prévia em operações com escala de turnos e acordos de nível de serviço formais.

• Experiência em ambiente bancário ou em outro setor regulado.
