Procuramos um(a) Especialista em Automação e DevSecOps para transformar a operação manual de uma plataforma de gestão de políticas de segurança em processos automatizados, integrados e auditáveis, participando desde a construção das integrações iniciais até a sustentação e evolução em produção. O foco da posição é desenvolver integrações via API entre a plataforma de identidade de políticas e os sistemas corporativos do cliente, automatizar a geração de evidências e sustentar o painel operacional acompanhado pelo cliente em tempo quase real.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Desenvolver e manter automações, integrações, APIs, scripts e pipelines da operação.

• Construir integrações bidirecionais entre a plataforma de gestão de políticas e as plataformas corporativas do cliente.

• Desenvolver e sustentar o painel operacional online, com atualização em tempo quase real.

• Implementar a geração automática de evidências de mudança para auditoria.

• Reduzir atividades operacionais repetitivas (Toil) e conduzir as iniciativas de eficiência operacional.

• Produzir os indicadores de horas automatizadas, ganhos de eficiência e redução de esforço operacional apresentados trimestralmente ao cliente.

• Prototipar e demonstrar integrações via API em provas de conceito técnicas.

• Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica das automações e integrações construídas.

Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência prática consolidada em desenvolvimento com Python e automação com Ansible.

• Experiência na construção e no consumo de APIs REST, com manipulação de payloads e tokens.

• Versionamento e colaboração com Git, GitLab ou GitHub.

• Experiência em integração com ServiceNow e Jira.

• Experiência comprovada em automação de processos operacionais e em redução de trabalho repetitivo.

• Disponibilidade para atuação dedicada em horário comercial, de segunda a sexta.

Diferenciais• Experiência com a API da plataforma AlgoSec, com casos demonstráveis.

• 1+ ano de experiência prática com a plataforma AlgoSec.

• Desenvolvimento de dashboards operacionais com ingestão por API.

• Casos comprovados de automação aplicada a operações de segurança.

• Iniciativas de operação assistida por inteligência artificial (AIOps) aplicadas à gestão de políticas de segurança.

• Vivência com práticas de DevSecOps em pipelines corporativos.

• Experiência em ambiente bancário ou em outro setor regulado.
