A posição terá aproximadamente 70% da atuação voltada para sustentação, portanto precisamos de alguém tecnicamente maduro, capaz de receber um problema, investigar sua causa, navegar por código PL/SQL complexo e conduzir a solução com pouca necessidade de direcionamento técnico. Nos primeiros meses haverá apoio dos profissionais mais seniores do time para conhecimento do ambiente e das regras de negócio. A expectativa, porém, é que o profissional já chegue com boa autonomia técnica em Oracle/PL/SQL e experiência real em sustentação.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos técnicos obrigatórios · 7+ anos de experiência com Oracle/PL/SQL. · Experiência sólida com: o Packages; o Procedures e Functions; o Triggers; o SQL de maior complexidade; o Debugging e investigação de problemas; o Análise de performance e plano de execução. · Experiência comprovada em sustentação de sistemas em produção. · Experiência investigando: o incidentes; o erros de processamento; o problemas de performance; o inconsistências de dados; o processamento batch; o integrações; o problemas em procedures/packages. · Capacidade de compreender e dar manutenção em packages grandes e complexas. · Experiência com testes, homologação e análise de impacto antes da implantação de alterações. Conhecimentos desejáveis Não devem ser eliminatórios: · Java; · Angular; · IBM IWS; · DataStage; · experiência com sistemas legados; · experiência no mercado de seguros; · conhecimento contábeis de seguro. Perfil comportamental Procuramos uma pessoa: · Proativa, que não espere alguém dizer cada próximo passo.· Com capacidade analítica e investigativa para chegar à causa de um problema. · Que tenha dinamismo para perguntar quando não entender algo ou estiver bloqueada. · Que saiba pedir ajuda no momento adequado, em vez de permanecer muito tempo tentando resolver um problema isoladamente. · Com senso de urgência, especialmente em situações de sustentação. · Cuidadosa na execução e principalmente nos testes e avaliação de impacto das alterações. · Colaborativa, disposta a ajudar colegas mesmo quando o problema não está diretamente sob sua responsabilidade. · Que compartilhe conhecimento e trabalhe bem em equipe. Pontos eliminatórios na avaliação Ficar atento a profissionais que: 1. apresentam experiência predominantemente em projetos, com pouca sustentação; 2. precisam de direcionamento técnico frequente para investigar problemas; 3. têm dificuldade em comunicar que estão bloqueados; 4. demonstram postura excessivamente individual; 5. tratam testes apenas como responsabilidade de QA/homologação; 6. têm PL/SQL no currículo, mas pouca experiência efetiva dando manutenção em código legado complexo.
