Além disso, somos certificados pela GPTW pelo segundo ano consecutivo, sendo uma das melhores empresas para se trabalhar no Brasil.Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Projetos com sólida experiência, forte capacidade de liderança e excelente comunicação para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar projetos de ponta a ponta, garantindo o cumprimento de escopo, prazo, custo e qualidade.Atuar em cenários de crise, conduzindo a resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão com agilidade.Planejar, acompanhar e controlar as atividades do projeto, assegurando a adequada execução das entregas.Gerenciar e acompanhar os recursos alocados, promovendo alinhamento e sinergia entre os times.Elaborar, consolidar e apresentar relatórios executivos e status periódicos para stakeholders.Garantir a coleta, organização e atualização das informações do projeto, assegurando o correto preenchimento dos controles e registros de gestão.Conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento, alinhamento e tomada de decisão.Identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos, realizando escalonamentos quando necessário.Gerenciar mudanças no projeto, avaliando impactos e assegurando o devido controle.Monitorar a qualidade das entregas, garantindo aderência aos padrões e à metodologia adotada.Garantir a governança do projeto, seguindo processos, diretrizes e melhores práticas estabelecidas.Acompanhar a evolução do projeto e assegurar o alinhamento contínuo com os objetivos de negócio.Apoiar e coordenar fases de testes, validação e implementação das soluções.Garantir a documentação adequada ao longo de todo o ciclo do projeto, incluindo registros formais e lições aprendidas.Conduzir o encerramento do projeto, assegurando a formalização das entregas e transição para áreas responsáveis quando aplicável.Promover comunicação clara e eficaz, garantindo o engajamento de todos os stakeholders.Atuar de forma propositiva na mitigação de riscos e resolução de problemas, antecipando cenários e conduzindo ações corretivas e preventivas.Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, revisando processos e implementando práticas que elevem o nível de governança, eficiência e performance dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesInglês avançado/fluente (obrigatório): capacidade de elaborar relatórios executivos, análises, status do projeto e apresentações, além de conduzir reuniões em inglês de forma independente e com domínio técnico.Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de projetos;Conhecimento em frameworks e metodologias waterfall e ágil.Certificações como PMP, CSM, PSM ou ASF (desejável). Informações adicionaisDiferencial: experiência em gestão de conflitos e atuação sob pressão.- Informações AdicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (4 dias presenciais e 1 dia remoto).Local de atuação: Região da Avenida Paulista, próximo ao Trianon MASP.
