Procuramos um(a) profissional de Gestão de Identidade e Acesso (IAM) sênior para atuar de forma dedicada em um projeto da solução PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC), participando desde a fase inicial de implementação até a posterior sustentação e evolução em produção. O foco da posição é implementar e configurar a ferramenta Ping AIC, desenvolver scripts, realizar troubleshooting e construir integrações de identidade, especialmente aquelas que exigem customizações além dos recursos nativos (out-of-the-box) do produto.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Construir, configurar e homologar o ambiente da plataforma Ping AIC. Testar as integrações do Ping AIC com aplicações e plataformas corporativas do cliente e seus parceiros.Garantir a operação contínua, estabilidade, manutenção evolutiva e suporte de nível avançado das integrações após a entrada em produção (Go-Live).Implementar e realizar troubleshooting de jornadas adaptativas de onboarding, login passwordless, MFA, SSO, recuperação de conta segura e gestão de organizações por meio de administração delegada.Desenvolver e sustentar integrações utilizando APIs REST, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0 e padrões avançados de segurança (FAPI 2.0, PAR, RAR, PKCE, mTLS, JWK-based Proof-of-Possession e Dynamic Client Registration - DCR para parceiros e agentes de IA/MCP).Investigar e resolver problemas complexos de integração envolvendo a plataforma de IAM, aplicações e sistemas integrados.Construir e sustentar integrações customizadas e fora do padrão nos cenários em que os recursos nativos da plataforma não forem suficientes.Atuar em contato direto e contínuo com os times de Segurança, IAM, Aplicações e Infraestrutura do cliente para levantar requisitos, implementar soluções e apoiar a operação.Apoiar os arquitetos no desenho de integrações mais complexas durante a implementação, realizando validações técnicas práticas e prototipação.Elaborar e manter atualizadas as documentações técnicas (As-Built) e os procedimentos operacionais (Runbooks) fundamentais para a transição e execução da fase de sustentação.

Requisitos e qualificações 5+ anos de experiência prática trabalhando na implementação e sustentação de soluções corporativas de IAM / CIAM de larga escala (ex: Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, CyberArk ou similares).3+ anos de sólido conhecimento em conceitos de CIAM, autenticação adaptativa, autorização granular (RBAC/ABAC), SSO, MFA e fluxos passwordless (WebAuthn/FIDO2/Passkeys).3+ anos de experiência na construção e manutenção de jornadas/árvores de autenticação, orquestração de identidade e integração com canais Web e Mobile (via APIs e SDKs).3+ anos de experiência prática com APIs REST, desenvolvimento de scripts (ex: JavaScript, Groovy, Python), manipulação de payloads/tokens (JWT/JWS/JWKS) e integrações com sistemas de backend.Conhecimento prático consolidado nos protocolos OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) e SAML 2.0.Qualificações Desejáveis (Diferenciais)Experiência prática com PingOne Advanced Identity CloudExperiência com perfis de segurança financeira e padrões avançados de OAuth: FAPI 2.0, PAR, RAR, mTLS, JWK PoP e Dynamic Client Registration (DCR / RFC 7591).Habilidades de diagnóstico e troubleshooting fim a fim (aplicação, gateway, plataforma de identidade e sistemas downstream).
