A FCamara está em busca de uma Pessoa Analista de Produtos Digitais Júnior (PO Jr.), para atuar em parceria com uma empresa do ramo da Educação.MissãoContribuir para a operação de produtos digitais já com estabilidade mínima com foco em evolução contínua, atuando na especificação e refinamento do backlog a partir de requisitos de stakeholders e dados de uso, com atuação colaborativa, ética e orientada ao cliente, garantindo valor incremental para os clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades / responsabilidadesRefinar itens do backlog com o time, assegurando detalhamento de requisitos de negócio pactuados com partes interessadas, casos de uso, critérios de aceite claros e estimativas básicas.Identificar riscos ou problemas iniciais no produto e escalá-los de forma transparente.Coletar e organizar feedbacks de usuários e áreas parceiras como insumo para atividades iniciais de discovery (preferencialmente com metodologias em nível introdutório como: JTBD, design thinking, lean UX).Apoiar em entrevistas e validações simples, com orientação do time de design.Eventualmente, apoiar análises simples de mercado, como pesquisas de mesa (desk research) e benchmarks.Registrar aprendizados e evidências para apoiar decisões futuras.Acompanhar métricas básicas de uso e satisfação do produto.Compartilhar aprendizados e sinais de melhoria com o time, apoiando decisões operacionais.Comunicar-se com stakeholders operacionais (Suporte, Comercial, Atendimento), garantindo alinhamento sobre requisitos, dependências e status.Atuar de forma colaborativa com Tech, UX, Marketing e áreas parceiras no trato diário do produto.Atuar como apoio no relacionamento com clientes: coletar feedbacks, registrar evidências e coordenar respostas com Suporte.Apoiar o planejamento de releases e atualizações.Contribuir para uma transição clara das entregas para Vendas e Suporte.Apoiar a construção e manutenção do roadmap de curto-médio prazo, com alinhamento à estratégia definida para o produto.Atuar no Product Ops, articulando com áreas correlatas e atendendo demandas operacionais do dia-a-dia. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação acadêmicaGraduação ou tecnólogo em áreas correlatas (Administração, Engenharia, TI, Design ou afins). Cursos ou extensões em Gestão de Produto são desejáveis.Experiência profissionalDesejável de 1 à 2 anos de experiência em produto ou tecnologia, com contato com métodos ágeis e especificação de requisitos. Preferencialmente com experiência na utilização das ferramentas: Azure DevOps, PowerBi, Microsoft Clarity.Competências comportamentais· Comunicação clara e objetiva· Organização e atenção a detalhes· Colaboração no trabalho em equipe· Ética no tratamento de informações, decisões e relacionamentos
