Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribucionesPlanificar, coordinar y elaborar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de los equipos eléctricos y mecánicos de la planta concentradora en coordinación con las áreas operativas.Planificar y coordinar un programa de monitoreo para la gestión de activos, equipos mecánicos y eléctricos de la planta concentradora, además de asegurar las inspecciones técnicas periódicas.Identificar y resolver los problemas de mantenimiento eléctricos y mecánicos de la planta concentradora a través de la optimización de procesos y mejora continua.Dar soporte a la toma de decisiones del gerente de mantenimiento teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la información de los reportes periódicos sobre el estado de los equipos, además de mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de los KPIs.Asesorar a la dirección sobre la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, herramientas innovadoras de gestión de mantenimiento, y mejores prácticas del mercado.Elaborar el presupuesto OPEX, CAPEX y el plan estratégico del área asignada, y controlar los costos operativos y de proyectos de mantenimiento durante su ejecución.Coordinar con el área de planeamiento los requerimientos para las paradas programadas, inspecciones especiales, modificaciones de equipos o mejoras en la planta concentradora.Distribuir las responsabilidades de su equipo de trabajo, estableciendo metas objetivas y alcanzables, además de facilitar el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias técnicas, a través de los direccionadores de la cultura organizacional.Requisitos y calificacionesIngeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica Eléctrica, Electricista, tituladoDeseable, contar con maestría en Mantenimiento o MBA.Experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo y en molinos, chancadoras, bombas, fajas, filtros entre otros relacionados con planta concentradoras o industrias afines.Conocimientos en Confiabilidad y mejora continua, se apreciará si cuenta con alguna certificación.Manejo de KPIs, presupuestos y control de centro costos.Conocimiento de SAP PM nivel usuario.Licencia de conducir AI.Informaciones adicionalesLugar de Trabajo: Cerro LindoModalidad de Trabajo: 5x2En NEXA trabajamos en un ambiente diverso donde las personas se sienten libres para ser ellas mismos.
