A Ventana Serra do Brasil, empresa do Grupo Arcese, está com oportunidade aberta para Analista de Qualidade Jr, com foco em garantir a execução e a manutenção do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade conforme os requisitos das certificações ISO 9001 e OEA. Apoiar as áreas na padronização de processos, coordenação de auditorias e disseminação da cultura da qualidade, assegurando a conformidade, melhoria contínua e suporte técnico-operacional ao negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Administrar atividades relacionadas ao Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade conforme as normas ISO 9001 e OEA.
  • Gerenciar contratos com consultorias externas, alinhando escopo, cronograma e controle de horas contratadas.
  • Apoiar os departamentos no mapeamento, elaboração e manutenção de procedimentos, políticas e materiais de apoio.
  • Planejar e apoiar a execução das auditorias internas e auditorias externas, orientando os departamentos, consolidando evidências, acompanhando planos de ação, tratativas de não conformidades e organizando as documentações necessárias.
  • Organizar e participar de reuniões de acompanhamento das certificações. Organizar, registrar e acompanhar reuniões relacionadas à manutenção das certificações e programas de conformidade
  • Ministrar treinamentos relacionadas à ISO 9001, OEA e temas de Qualidade.
  • Controlar e manter atualizados os documentos do SGQ (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade), incluindo POPs, Instruções, formulários e políticas internas.
  • Consolidar e monitorar indicadores da qualidade e acompanhar planos de ação e tratativas de não conformidades.
  • Registrar e acompanhar solicitações de pagamento de fornecedores relacionados à área, via sistemas internos.
  • Apoiar a identificação, avaliação e monitoramento de riscos e oportunidades relacionados aos processos do negócio e aos requisitos normativos.
  • Suportar iniciativas de melhoria contínua visando aumento da eficiência operacional, redução de riscos e fortalecimento da conformidade dos processos.

Perfil esperado

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Gestão de Qualidade, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, logística ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento técnico em Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (principalmente ISO 9001)
  • Excel intermediário
  • 1 a 3 anos de experiência comprovada na função ou em áreas correlatas
