  • Experience coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors in a production environment
  • Ability to obtain access to military installations or shipyards as required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions impacting schedule and production outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Navy standards, NAVSEA specifications, or military vessel repair requirements
  • OSHA 10 Maritime or higher safety certification
  • Experience with planning systems, scheduling tools, or shipyard production software
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale repair availabilities or dry dock projects

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
