Canyon hotell har 33 rom og restauranten Raus med 140 sitteplasser som er en moderne og inkluderende destinasjon i hjertet av Alta. Vi tilbyr et unikt konsept hvor høy kvalitet, service og gjestfrihet står i fokus. Hos oss handler alt om å skape minneverdige opplevelser for våre gjester, enten det er en hyggelig middag for lokale eller turister eller en spesiell anledning.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Koordinger av frokost til våre gjester
  • Første kontakt mot våre gjester ved innsjekk og utsjekk
  • Oppdatering og ajourhold av data i vårt hotell bookingsystem MEWS
  • Fakturering av kunder
  • Salg av rom, giftshop, aktiviteter,utleie, drikke/ snack
  • Bistå Raus ved behov som barsepsjonist
  • Sikre høy standard på service og gjesteopplevelsen

Kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper:

  • Relevant erfaring fra hotell-bransjen er en fordel, men ikke nødvendig
  • God forståelse for drift av hotell, restaurant, bar og eventer.
  • Kommersiell teft og evne til å levere resultater.
  • Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
  • Strukturert, fleksibel og løsnings orientert
  • Må kunne jobbe under press
