Suntem în căutare de un Analist Financiar/ Financial Analyst / Economist care să transforme datele în perspective valoroase și procesele în soluții eficiente. Vei avea un rol-cheie în analiza, optimizarea și automatizarea raportărilor, lucrând alături de o echipă dinamică. Dacă ai experiență în analiza datelor și vrei să faci parte dintr-un proiect cu impact real, vrem să te cunoaștem!

Principalele tale misiuni vor fi:

  • Analiza și interpretarea datelor – colectarea, organizarea și înțelegerea datelor din diverse surse, identificarea trendurilor, variațiilor și corelarea acestora cu obiectivele businessului;
  • Monitorizarea KPI și evoluția indicatorilor, utilizarea instrumentelor vizuale (grafice, dashboard-uri) pentru a evidenția performanța și deviațiile;
  • Crearea și interpretarea rapoartelor financiare și operaționale;
  • Dezvoltarea sistemelor de alertare, propunerea de acțiuni corective și scenarii pentru optimizarea performanței;
  • Oferirea suportului strategic în procesul decizional prin livrarea de analize aprofundate și rapoarte detaliate către management, facilitând identificarea oportunităților și riscurilor;
  • Realizarea analizelor ad-hoc, respectând termenele stabilite, precum și asigurarea fiabilității și coerenței datelor utilizate;
  • Optimizarea și automatizarea proceselor de reporting pentru eficientizarea fluxului informațional.
  • Documentarea proceselor și a fluxurilor de date pentru a facilita auditul și trasabilitatea informațiilor ;
  • Monitorizarea constantă a schimbărilor din mediul de business și ajustarea raportărilor conform noilor cerințe.

Iar pentru a reuși în această misiune vei avea nevoie:

  • Studii superioare în: contabilitate, finanțe, management, economie sau domenii conexe.
  • Experiență relevantă de 3–5 ani în controlling, analiză financiară sau Business Analysis;
  • Abilități avansate în Microsoft Excel și interes pentru sistemele informatice ;
  • Experiența in SAP, COGNOS, PowerBi sau PowerPlay constituie un avantaj;
  • Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză (B2+); franceza reprezintă un avantaj ;
  • Gândire critică și abilități analitice avansate, orientate spre sintetizarea datelor complexe în concluzii clare și relevante pentru procesul decizional.
  • Atitudine proactivă, dinamism și flexibilitate în abordarea problemelor;
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și capacitatea de a traduce cerințele de business în specificații tehnice.
