Suntem în căutarea unui Asistent Administrativ-Financiar, o persoană organizată și comunicativă, care să se alăture echipei noastre de la Chișinău și să contribuie activ la buna desfășurare a activității.

Este necesară cunoașterea limbii franceze (nivel B1+) și dorința de dezvoltare profesională. Vei lucra într-un mediu dinamic, cu expunere internațională și sprijin constant din partea echipei.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Gestionarea relației cu clientul din Franța și a solicitărilor operaționale;
  • Gestionarea documentelor cu impact financiar (facturi, documente justificative);
  • Monitorizarea resurselor, cheltuielilor și a altor activități specifice ariei de responsabilitate;
  • Gestionarea solicitărilor prin e-mail și oferirea de suport interlocutorilor interni și externi;
  • Verificarea și arhivarea documentelor, asigurând acuratețea și conformitatea acestora;
  • Realizarea rapoartelor periodice.

Profilul căutat:

  • Atenție la detalii: Ești atent(ă) la informații, poți identifica rapid neconcordanțele și ai grijă la acuratețea datelor.
  • Abilități de comunicare: Poți colabora eficient la un nivel de limba franceză de aproximativ B1+.
  • Atitudine proactivă: Te adaptezi ușor, cauți soluții și reacționezi rapid la cerințe noi.
