Nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe à Casablanca et recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) RH.

Vos principales missions seront : • Assurer la préparation et la finalisation des contrats ainsi que des documents nécessaires en ressources humaines pour les employés des plateformes logistiques ; • Offrir un support aux assistants administratifs des plateformes par une communication efficace et professionnelle ; • Réaliser d’autres activités administratives et opérationnelles, en garantissant l’exactitude et la qualité des informations fournies ; • Interagir directement avec les employés et les assistants administratifs en France par e-mail et via d’autres canaux de communication ; • Veiller au respect des normes légales relatives à la protection, au secret et à la confidentialité des données et des informations.

Lieu de travail: CASABLANCA Maroc

Contrat proposé : Statut autoentrepreneur

Profil :

• Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure

• Bonne maîtrise de la langue Française à l’écrit comme à l’oral (minimum B2)

• Organisation, attention aux détails, rigueur

• Capacités de communication, esprit d’équipe

• Connaissances de base en utilisation de MS Office

• Capacité à gérer un volume important de documents et à respecter les délais

• Une expérience préalable dans des fonctions administratives constituera un atout.
