VEO Worldwide Services est un fournisseur de services B2B, qui développe son activité dans l’Europe de l’Est depuis 19 ans.

Nous disposons d’une base de connaissances immense, construite pendant ces 19 ans de présence de VEO dans l’Europe Centrale et de l’Est. Elle est là pour être utilisée. Vous n’avez besoin que de volonté pour y aboutir. On ne peut pas vous aider par rapport à cette volonté, mais pour le reste… Oui, nous pouvons le faire !

Nous cherchons actuellement un (e) Controlling Specialist.

Vos principales missions seront :

• Vous surveillez et rapportez de manière hebdomadaire/mensuelle l'activité et la mesure de rentabilité des KPI dans votre domaine de responsabilité.

• Vous préparez une analyse de fin de mois (par rapport au budget, à l'année précédente) et effectuez une analyse détaillée des écarts sur les informations financières rapportées, en recherchant et en enquêtant sur toute fluctuation significative.

• Vous collaborez efficacement avec des équipes de différents départements.

• Vous participez activement aux revues d'activité hebdomadaires/mensuelles avec la haute direction et/ou le comité dont vous avez la charge, et vous soutenez le processus de planification stratégique et de prise de décision avec des informations et des analyses significatives.

• Vous soutenez toutes les activités de planification (prévisions mensuelles à court terme ; construction annuelle du budget de bas en haut avec les équipes opérationnelles (P&L, effectif)).

• Vous pourriez être impliqué dans d'autres activités (évaluation des synergies, projets de développement commercial, etc.), selon les décisions de la direction de la CDG.

Conditions:

• Un diplôme supérieure en comptabilité, finance, gestion d'entreprise ou économie.

• Une expérience approfondie dans le contrôle de gestion (5 ans minimum).

• De réelle appétence pour les systèmes d'information.

• Compétences très avancées en Excel.

• Français / Anglais B2

• Des compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de faire des synthèses concluantes.

• Orientation résultats et axé sur la qualité de la prestation.

• Dynamisme, agilité avec un esprit proactif et une attitude positive

• Communication et Persévérance

• Gestion de stress

• Sens du détail

• Flexibilité, Adaptabilité et autonomie

• Maturité professionnelle

• Disponibilité pour des déplacements nationaux et internationaux
