Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes en Tunisie, nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire Paie Française / Payroll Specialist expérimenté(e).

📍 Lieu de Travail: Tunis

💼 Vos principales missions

  • Produire et contrôler la paie mensuelle : saisie et contrôle des éléments variables, vérification de la paie et production des déclaratifs, dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité.
  • Contrôler et fiabiliser les données de paie afin de garantir leur exactitude et leur conformité.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative liée à la paie : attestations, charges sociales, soldes de tout compte, etc.
  • Veiller au respect de la législation sociale et des dispositions conventionnelles applicables.
  • Réaliser les activités de post-paie et assurer les contrôles nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus paie et participer aux différents projets transverses.
  • Collaborer de manière proactive avec les équipes Paie et RH.
  • Participer à la résolution des éventuelles anomalies et apporter un support aux différents interlocuteurs sur les sujets liés à la paie.

🎯 Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans en paie française.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principaux mécanismes de la paie française et disposez d'une bonne connaissance de la législation sociale.
  • La connaissance du logiciel Pleiade de paie française et/ou de SAP est fortement appréciée.
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, ressources humaines, gestion ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'analyse et votre autonomie.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'équipe, d'un sens du service et d'une capacité à prendre des initiatives.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement nécessitant agilité, adaptation et apprentissage continu.
  • Vous êtes particulièrement attentif(ve) à la confidentialité des données et au respect des procédures.
