Principalele tale misiuni:

  • Analizarea cererilor pentru întocmirea contractelor de muncă ale angajaților din magazine, platforme logistice și funcții suport din Franța;
  • Examinarea dosarelor de angajare pentru stabilirea situației administrative a angajaților la momentul intrării în companie;
  • Verificarea corectitudinii datelor personale și solicitarea documentelor suplimentare în cazul informațiilor incomplete sau neclare;
  • Comunicarea eficientă (telefonic și prin e-mail) cu responsabilii sau adjuncții din cadrul societăților din Franța, pentru colectarea și validarea informațiilor necesare;
  • Întocmirea contractelor de muncă în conformitate cu legislația franceză în vigoare și regulamentele interne;
  • Centralizarea, arhivarea și menținerea evidenței documentelor contractuale și a corespondenței asociate;
  • Gestionarea e-mailurilor primite în căsuța colectivă, cu verificarea validității solicitărilor;

Iar pentru a reuși în această misiune vei avea nevoie de:

  • Cunoștințe de limba franceză la nivel mediu;
  • Atenție la detalii, rigurozitate și abilități excelente de organizare și prioritizare a sarcinilor;
  • Cunoștințe de utilizare a programelor din pachetul Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Abilitatea de a aplica corect procedurile administrative, în conformitate cu politicile interne și legislația în vigoare.
