Vei fi punctul de legătură între extrasele bancare, sistemul contabil și echipele interne cu care colaborezi, asigurându-te că datele sunt corecte, complete și la zi.

Principalele tale misiuni:

  • Reconciliază în contabilitate scrierile din extrasul bancar;
  • Verifică soldurile bancare integrate în sistem;
  • Integrează și validează cifra de afaceri;
  • Reglează diferențele de reciprocitate intragrup;
  • Asigură realizarea refacturărilor intragrup conform politicilor interne de refacturare;
  • Analizează și reconciliază cifra de afaceri din sistem cu încasările primite pe contul bancar;
  • Înregistrează previziunile de prelevări cu furnizorii externi;
  • Realizează raportări privind creanțele/datoriile grupului către anumite servicii interne ale grupului.

Iar pentru a reuși în această misiune vei avea nevoie de:

  • Studii superioare în domeniul economic/contabilitate;
  • Cunoștințe de contabilitate primară și experiență de minim 1 an în domeniu;
  • Cunoștințe de limba franceză la nivel începător-mediu (A2 - B1);
  • Capacitate de organizare, rigurozitate, atenție la detalii și capacitatea de a lucra în echipă;
  • Abilități de inițiere și consolidare a parteneriatelor de business.
