Nous recherchons un Senior Manager dynamique pour piloter et coordonner l’activité des équipes. Dans ce rôle clé, vous assurerez la performance globale des équipes, l'alignement stratégique avec les objectifs de l’entreprise, et serez le principal point de contact pour la gestion des défis opérationnels. Vous jouerez également un rôle fondamental dans le développement des équipes et des responsables d’équipe ainsi que l’optimisation des processus internes.

Vos missions :

· Coordonner les actions des responsables d'équipes pour garantir la performance optimale.

· Évaluer les résultats des équipes et assurer l'exécution efficace des plans d'action.

· Suivre les indicateurs de performance pour garantir la conformité des processus et optimiser les flux de travail.

· Piloter les améliorations de processus pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle et implémenter des solutions innovantes face aux défis rencontrés.

· Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients internes et externes, résoudre les conflits et répondre à leurs exigences pour garantir leur satisfaction.

· Collecter et analyser les résultats des équipes et fournir des rapports réguliers sur la performance et l'avancement des projets.

· Fournir un soutien continu aux responsables d’équipes pour leur développement et leur performance.

· Promouvoir une culture de collaboration et anticiper les défis organisationnels.

· Prendre des décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles en temps réel pour assurer la performance des équipes.

· Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent.

· Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en management ou coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires dans un environnement multinational et dynamique.

· Maîtrise du français (niveau C1 minimum), et de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum).

· Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ainsi que dans les outils de gestion ERP.

· Leadership et gestion d’équipe avec un fort esprit fédérateur.

· Sens aigu de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.

· Excellentes compétences en coaching et gestion de la performance.

· Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à prendre des décisions stratégiques.

· Excellente communication interpersonnelle.
