Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre département IT, Chez Veo Worldwide Services nous recherchons un(e) Senior Software Project Manager expérimenté(e) pour piloter des projets applicatifs à forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

En tant que véritable chef d'orchestre, vous coordonnerez l'ensemble des parties prenantes et assurerez la réussite de projets de développement et d'évolution d'applications métiers critiques.

Vos principales missions

Pilotage de projets IT

  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets de développement ou d'amélioration d'applications.
  • Définir les plannings, priorités, ressources et livrables.
  • Garantir le respect des délais, budgets, objectifs qualité et SLA.
  • Identifier, anticiper et gérer les risques liés aux projets.

Coordination des équipes

  • Animer des équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes métiers et techniques.
  • Favoriser la collaboration et accompagner la résolution des problématiques opérationnelles.

Reporting & Gouvernance

  • Assurer le suivi des projets via des outils de gestion tels que Jira, Tempo ou équivalents.
  • Produire les reportings d'avancement, KPI, budgets, risques et plans d'actions.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion de projets.

Environnement technique

Les projets concernent notamment :

  • CRM (Selligent)
  • SAP
  • Business Intelligence (Cognos, Talend, SunOpsys)
  • Bases de données Oracle, MS SQL et PostgreSQL

Méthodologies

  • Agile
  • Waterfall / Cycle en V

Profil recherché

Formation

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur, Master en Informatique, Systèmes d'Information ou domaine connexe.

Expérience

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience significative en tant que Chef de Projet IT.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets informatiques complexes.
  • Expérience dans un environnement international fortement appréciée.

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et/ou Waterfall.
  • Expérience confirmée sur Jira, Atlassian, Microsoft Project ou outils similaires.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements applicatifs et des projets de développement logiciel.
  • Connaissance des processus IT et des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet.

Langues

  • Français : niveau B2 minimum.
  • Anglais : niveau B2 minimum.

Qualités personnelles

  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et orientation résultats.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification PMP, Prince2 ou équivalent.
  • Expérience dans les domaines ERP, CRM ou Business Intelligence.
