Principales responsabilités:

  • Collaborer avec les responsables recrutement pour définir les profils recherchés
  • Trier les candidatures reçues
  • Identifier les profils adéquats dans les CVthèques et via les réseaux professionnels
  • Contacter les candidats pour une évaluation téléphonique selon les critères de sélection (compétences linguistiques, motivations, qualifications, etc.)
  • Rédiger des résumés après chaque entretien téléphonique
  • Soumettre les candidats présélectionnés au responsable recrutement
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers de recrutement jusqu'à la fin du processus
  • Actualiser les dossiers des candidats dans le système.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure
  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue Française à l’écrit comme à l’orale
  • Proactivité, esprit d'investigation
  • Aptitude à convaincre et sens de la précision
  • Sens de l'analyse et de la conceptualisation
  • Aptitudes relationnelles et organisationnelles, sens de la collaboration
  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Internet, Office, Outlook)
  • Disponible pour des formations à l’étranger
