Veolia Energie Performance se positionne comme le partenaire privilégié des industriels en quête de performance énergétique. En combinant son savoir-faire en génie climatique, électrique et thermique, Veolia Energie Performance déploie des solutions complètes - de l'installation à la maintenance, en passant par la conduite d'installations - pour optimiser la performance énergétique de ses clients.

2 missions principales :

  • Maximiser la performance écologique des sites :

Optimisation des utilités (eau, vapeur, chaud, froid, air comprimé) , amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique, génie électrique, PV

  • Maximiser la performance des installations :

Conception/Installation d’équipements décarbo (PAC, biomasse…), génie mécanique, maintenance réglementaire

Défense Environnement Services, filiale de Veolia Energie Performance, expert du Management des Infrastructures Industrielles, dédié aux environnements complexes des domaines de la défense et du nucléaire recrute un Animateur QSE H/F en CDI.

Description du poste

Vos missions à nos côtés:

  • Assurer un rôle de conseil, d’assistance et de sensibilisation auprès des différentes équipes opérationnelles
  • Accompagner les managers en matière d’évaluation des risques, de politique de sécurité, d’hygiène et de respect de l’environnement
  • Réaliser les audits internes
  • Veiller au respect des règles de prévention sur les chantiers des collaborateurs et participe à la mise en place d'une démarche de prévention professionnelle
  • Élaborer et/ou mettre à jour les divers documents & la documentation en matière de sécurité et veille à sa bonne application
  • Vérifier les équipements de mesure critique et assurer le suivi de fiche de vie

Poste en intervention sur un site industriel avec des missions ponctuelles pour les contrats de l'agence de proximité.

Qualifications

Votre profil:

Titulaire d’un Bac+3 à Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en QSE, vous avez idéalement acquis une première expérience professionnelle à l’issue d’un stage ou d’une alternance.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • votre capacité d’observation ;
  • votre pédagogie ;
  • votre esprit de synthèse.

Une première expérience en environnement industriel serait un véritable atout pour réussir dans ce poste.
