Description du poste

Au sein de l'unité opérationnelle de nettoiement urbain, vous établissez le planning des prestations en coordonnant les ressources humaines et matérielles, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et du cahier des charges client.

Activités principales :

Mission opérationnelle :

  • Suivre le bon déroulement des prestations : assurer la liaison avec les véhicules sur le terrain et gérer les éventuelles difficultés rencontrées par les opérateurs
  • Respecter et faire respecter l'application des procédures, des normes, de la réglementation et des consignes de sécurité, dans ce cadre assurer un suivi sécurité régulier des agents et contrôle des prestations

Mission planification : planifier de façon optimale l'exploitation :

  • Planifier et créer les tournées dans un souci permanent d'optimisation
  • Établir les plannings hebdomadaires et quotidiens en prenant en compte les moyens humains et matériels
  • Assurer la permanence téléphonique, la prise de commande (par téléphone, mail ou fax)
  • Transmettre les feuilles de service, les bons de balayage, les documents de tournées
  • Réajuster en permanence le planning en fonction des contraintes terrain et client.

Management :

  • Prévoir et organiser les moyens humains permettant l'exploitation
  • Remplacer le personnel absent ou retardataire et signaler les absences à la Directrice d’Agence
  • Tenir compte du suivi des heures (annualisation)

Qualifications

BAC + 2/3 en transport logistique
