Veolia Energie Performance se positionne comme le partenaire privilégié des industriels en quête de performance énergétique. En combinant son savoir-faire en génie climatique, électrique et thermique, Veolia Energie Performance déploie des solutions complètes - de l'installation à la maintenance, en passant par la conduite d'installations - pour optimiser la performance énergétique de ses clients.

2 missions principales :

  • Maximiser la performance écologique des sites : optimisation des utilités (eau, vapeur, chaud, froid, air comprimé) , amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique, génie électrique, PV
  • Maximiser la performance des installations : conception/installation d’équipements décarbo (PAC, biomasse…), génie mécanique, maintenance réglementaire

Description du poste

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

Planification et ordonnancement opérationnel détaillé

  • Convertir le plan de maintenance préventive annuel en calendrier d'intervention
  • Définir les créneaux précis d'intervention de l’ensemble des OT ( jour, heure, durée estimée)
  • Adapter les interventions aux contraintes des sites ( horaires d'occupation, périodes critiques)

Optimisation des ressources

  • Affecter les interventions aux techniciens
  • Regrouper les interventions par zone/bâtiment pour optimiser les déplacements
  • Équilibrer la charge de travail entre les équipes
  • Gérer les besoins en outillage spécifique (ex nacelle ..)
  • Vérifier que les matériels nécessaires à l’intervention sont en stock / disponibles
  • Reprogramme les interventions en cas d'imprévu

Coordination et communication

  • Informer les clients/occupants des interventions prévues
  • Assurer le suivi en temps réel de la réalisation

Les missions incluent également la gestion et la planification des activités sur plusieurs sites dans l'aire toulonnaise.

Qualifications

Vous êtes diplômés d'un BAC+2 ou BAC+3 spécialisé en planification (BTS Logistique ou Transport, Licence Gestion/Management) et possédez 3 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine.
