Veolia Assainissement & Maintenance France recrute un(e) chargé(e) de recouvrement H/F pour le secteur Grand-Est pour la société Yves Madeline.

Description du poste

Au sein de la Direction Régionale de Blainville-sur-Orne et rattaché(e) à la Responsable Excellence Exploitation, Facturation & Recouvrement, vous aurez pour objectif de réduire durablement le montant des impayés. En vous appuyant sur l'analyse de la balance âgée via le logiciel MyDSo, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Détecter en temps réel les cas de retard de paiement afin d’appliquer immédiatement le processus de recouvrement,
  • Analyser rapidement les situations d’impayés pour prévenir les nouveaux (blocage comptes clients),
  • Assurer la relance téléphonique, mail et courrier auprès des débiteurs en application des scenarii de relance,
  • Négocier des accords pour la mise en place de toutes solutions amiables (échéanciers...),
  • Recueillir les arguments des débiteurs sur les causes de l’impayé et mettre à jour le suivi du client,
  • Suivre et résoudre les litiges en relation avec les différents services de l’entreprise,
  • Préparer et suivre les dossiers contentieux en lien avec les huissiers de justice et les cabinets de recouvrement,
  • Représenter la société devant les juridictions pour les montants à recouvrer ne dépassant pas le seuil de recours à un avocat,
  • Résoudre les problèmes de lettrage en lien avec le service comptable,
  • Participer à l’amélioration permanente du process de recouvrement.

Le/la futur(e) chargé(e) de recouvrement gérera prioritairement un portefeuille d'impayés sur le secteur du Grand-Est, tout en assurant le soutien sur un second secteur de la région Normandie, Nord et Grand-Est (notamment en cas de pics d'activité ou de congés).

Qualifications

Ce poste s'adresse à un(e) candidat(e) titulaire d'une formation Niveau Bac +2, vous disposez d’une première expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum réussie sur un poste similaire.

Vos qualités relationnelles évidentes, votre appétence pour la relation client, vos talents de fermeté et de négociateur, votre agilité et votre intelligence situationnelle font de vous un professionnel reconnu.

Vous vous distinguez par vos qualités de négociation, d'adaptation et faites preuve de ténacité.

Votre sens de l'organisation, votre autonomie, votre force de proposition, votre sens du résultat et la gestion des priorités sont des gages de votre réussite.

Un goût pour le travail en équipe sera également nécessaire pour réussir dans vos missions.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
