Descripción del empleo

Misión:

Liderar y ejecutar la instalación (hidráulica, mecánica y eléctrica) en la operación móvil con nuestro cliente

Actividades:

  • Operación y mantenimiento básico de sistemas de tratamiento de agua en general, incluyendo mantenimient
  • o preventivo y correctivo básico.
  • Análisis de agua en sitio y/o recolección, preparación, identificación y envío de muestras a laboratorio.
  • Actividades administrativas de sitio: gestión de pedidos de materiales, reportes operativos (internos y cliente) y control de gastos periódicos.
  • Documentación de campo: llenado de reportes, formularios y listas de verificación mediante herramientas de monitoreo remoto u otros medios para control interno y del cliente.
  • Gestión de recursos e inventarios: asegurar disponibilidad y buen estado del equipo de mantenimiento, realizar inventarios y programar pedidos de productos químicos y consumibles (e.g., filtros cartucho).
  • Soporte y resolución de problemas: brindar atención de primer y segundo nivel en fallas operativas y de mantenimiento, facilitando el soporte del equipo especializado.
  • Maniobras operativas: ejecutar procedimientos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las unidades de tratamiento y el cumplimiento de parámetros de desempeño.
  • Verificación de instrumentos: revisar analizadores e instrumentos según procedimiento y gestionar su calibración o mantenimiento.
  • Atención al cliente: ser el punto principal de contacto con el cliente e interactuar con las áreas internas de soporte.
  • Mejora continua y riesgos: identificar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos operacionales, notificándose a la gerencia.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: apego a políticas corporativas, EHS, Compliance y metodología 5S en el área de trabajo.
  • Seguridad operacional: realizar adecuadamente procedimientos de bloqueo de energía peligrosa (eléctrica, potencial, térmica, etc.).
  • Dosificación y monitoreo: preparación de soluciones químicas y monitoreo de parámetros analíticos de la operación si se requiere.
  • Repuestos críticos: apoyar en la elaboración y control de la lista de refacciones críticas para la confiabilidad operativa.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero en Mantenimiento Mecánico o eléctrico. o Afín.
  • Experiencia en plantas de tratamiento de agua, manejo de los sistemas indicados, así como en actividades de comisionamiento y puesta en marcha.
  • Dominio en cambio de sellos mecánicos (excluyente), intervención de bombas, sustitución de rodamientos, manejo de válvulas y electroválvulas, purgas de sistemas neumáticos y ajustes de lubricación.
  • Capacidad de autogestión y enfoque en mejora continua.
