A Veolia Water Hungary Kft. piacvezető membrántechnológiai vállalat, ahol több mint 20 éve gyártunk és fejlesztünk berendezéseket ivóvíz- és ipari szennyvízkezeléshez.

Három helyszínen működünk: gyárunk Oroszlányban található, kutatás-fejlesztési központunk Tatabányán, valamint globális ügyfélszolgálatunk, pénzügyi központunk és projektmérnöki részlegünk Budapesten.

Az oroszlányi membrángyár 2002-ben kezdte meg működését az ipari parkban, és mára Magyarország egyik vezető víztisztítási technológiai gyártóüzemévé vált. Termékeink segítenek megtisztítani az ivóvizet és kezelni a szennyvizet.

Az állás leírása

Olyan pályakezdő vagy tanulmányait folytató kollégát keresünk, aki az adminisztratív feladatokat pontosan végzi, szívesen dolgozik adatokkal, felismeri az összefüggéseket, és nyitott a HR-folyamatok fejlesztésére.

A korábbi HR-szakmai tapasztalat nem feltétel; a tanulási képesség, a precizitás és az analitikus gondolkodás kiemelten fontos.

Főbb feladatok

  • HR adminisztráció támogatása, munkaügyi dokumentumok előkészítése.
  • HR rendszerekben adatrögzítés, adatkarbantartás és adatellenőrzés.
  • HR riportok, kimutatások és statisztikák előkészítése.
  • HR adatok egyeztetése, eltérések azonosítása.
  • A HR Operations és HR Controlling csapat napi munkájának támogatása.
  • Részvétel folyamatfejlesztési és automatizálási kezdeményezésekben.

Elvárások

  • Folyamatban lévő vagy befejezett felsőfokú tanulmányok HR, gazdasági vagy kapcsolódó területen.
  • Aktív, munkavégzés során használható angol nyelvtudás írásban és szóban.
  • Magabiztos Excel/Google Sheets-ismeret (alapvető függvények, táblázatok és kimutatások).
  • Jó numerikus és analitikus készség, összefüggések felismerése.
  • Precíz, strukturált és megbízható munkavégzés; önálló, problémamegoldó hozzáállás.
  • Minimum heti 4 nap munkavégzés vállalása Oroszlányban.

Előnyt jelent

  • Korábbi HR adminisztrációs vagy riporting tapasztalat.
  • HRIS rendszerek, ismerete.
  • Érdeklődés az AI-eszközök és a folyamatautomatizálás iránt.
