Job Description

Buscamos a un/a Técnico/a de Operaciones Senior para nuestro centro de trabajo en Rubí. Se incorporará a la Oficina Técnica y participará en la preparación y seguimiento de proyectos, licitaciones y actuaciones relacionadas con la gestión y mantenimiento de redes e infraestructuras de alcantarillado, dando soporte técnico a los equipos de operaciones y contribuyendo a la definición, valoración y optimización de las actuaciones necesarias.

¿Cuáles serán las funciones principales?

  • Preparación y análisis de licitaciones públicas, incluyendo el estudio de pliegos, definición de propuestas técnicas y elaboración de la documentación asociada.
  • Elaboración de ofertas y memorias técnicas, así como apoyo en la preparación de propuestas de mejora y documentación técnica para concursos públicos.
  • Elaboración de presupuestos, mediciones, cuadros de precios y valoraciones económicas de obras y actuaciones de mantenimiento de redes de saneamiento.
  • Preparación y revisión de certificaciones de obra, seguimiento económico de actuaciones y control de desviaciones respecto al presupuesto.
  • Análisis y tratamiento de datos operativos de la actividad de alcantarillado, identificando tendencias, incidencias, necesidades y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Desarrollo de indicadores y herramientas de seguimiento que permitan analizar el funcionamiento de las operaciones y facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Propuesta e implantación de mejoras y optimización de procesos de trabajo, orientadas a incrementar la eficiencia y calidad de las operaciones de alcantarillado.
  • Análisis de necesidades de mejora y renovación de las redes e infraestructuras de alcantarillado, colaborando en la definición y valoración de las actuaciones necesarias.
  • Seguimiento técnico y económico de obras y actuaciones, coordinando las necesidades con los equipos de operaciones y otros departamentos.
  • Dar soporte técnico a los responsables de operaciones y servicios en la planificación, valoración y seguimiento de actuaciones.

Qualifications

Requisitos

  • Grado Universitario en el ámbito técnico (Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Ingeniería Industrial o similar).
  • Experiencia profesional mínima de 4 años en posiciones de Oficina Técnica, gestión de proyectos, operaciones, obra civil o similares.
  • Experiencia en preparación de licitaciones públicas y ofertas técnicas.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de presupuestos, mediciones, valoraciones económicas y certificaciones de obra.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos operativos y elaboración de indicadores para el seguimiento y mejora de procesos.
  • Capacidad para interpretar pliegos técnicos y administrativos y trasladar sus requisitos a propuestas técnicas y económicas.
  • Capacidad de análisis, autonomía, organización y orientación a resultados.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en redes de alcantarillado y saneamiento y en la relación técnica con Administraciones Públicas
