LE SERVICE

Le Service Local Energie Haute Savoie intervient sur Flaine, les Carroz d’Araches, la Vallée de l’Arve, le secteur Léman. Ce service assure la gestion opérationnelle de contrats d’exploitation d’installations CVC au sein de copropriétés, de résidences de tourisme, d’hôtels, d’un centre aquatique. Ce Service assure l’exploitation d’un réseau de chaleur 15 MW.

LES MISSIONS

Le Manager de Service Local coordonne l'ensemble de l’activité d'exploitation du service, dans le respect de la sécurité et de l'environnement. Il manage 2 Responsables d'Équipes et travaille en concertation avec eux .

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur des Opérations Energie du Territoire, le Manager de Service Local assure les missions suivantes :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable d’équipe, les supports et sa hiérarchie
  • Analyser au quotidien la performance et les bilans des installations afin d’assurer un reporting efficace
  • Participer activement au reporting financier et technique dans les délais prévus en étant force de propositions factuels.
  • Anticiper, prioriser les opérations de renouvellements
  • Etre force de proposition pour faire évoluer les installations (prise en compte des évolutions réglementaires)
  • Veiller au strict respect des valeurs de l’entreprise par l’équipe dont la politique sécurité
  • Préparer,Participer aux réunions importantes avec nos clients, comprendre leurs attentes, établir des plannings et piloter les sujets importants
  • Développer les relations commerciales et contractuelles avec nos clients avec l’appui du Chargé d’affaires
  • Quantifier et planifier les travaux significatifs (renouvellements, investissements, devis...)
  • Suivre les rapports réglementaires réalisés sur les installations
  • Participer à l’animation du territoire au travers des instances de management dédiées
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles en matière d'éthique et de conformité
  • Participer à l’astreinte encadrement du Service Energie

Qualifications

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Formation Bac+5 en Génie Climatique, Thermique, Electrotechnique…
  • Expérience de 5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Bonnes connaissances en Électricité, hydraulique, conduite des installations
  • Des connaissances sur des contrats PPP seraient un plus
  • Qualités managériales avérées
  • Autonomie, esprit d’équipe, sens du service et relationnel client
  • Organisation et rigueur
  • Permis B
