Como referente de la transformación ecológica, en Veolia ofrecemos soluciones para la gestión eficiente de las actividades de agua, residuos y energía, impulsando el desarrollo sostenible de las ciudades, industrias y agricultura.

Trabajamos principalmente en tres grandes áreas: agua💧, ofreciendo soluciones tanto en gestión urbana como industrial; residuos ♻ transformándolos en nuevos recursos, y energía 🔋mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo el consumo y las emisiones en edificios, industrias y ciudades.

Descripción del empleo

Nuestra división de Agua Municipal precisa incorporar en Barcelona un/a Responsable de Tecnología y Transformación Digital para Cataluña, con formación técnica y experiencia en la coordinación y planificación de proyectos tecnológicos.

Buscamos un perfil estratégico, con capacidad para comprender las distintas realidades del territorio catalán y traducirlas en soluciones que permitan eficientar y digitalizar la gestión. La persona seleccionada actuará como enlace entre la estrategia corporativa, las necesidades de Cataluña, los partners tecnológicos y Synectic, empresa IT del grupo, garantizando una implantación eficiente y alineada de los proyectos.

Funciones principales:

  • Coordinar las distintas realidades y necesidades de Cataluña para aterrizar y/o desarrollar proyectos orientados a eficientar y digitalizar la gestión.
  • Definir y coordinar la estrategia de IT en Cataluña, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia corporativa.
  • Coordinar con Synectic, empresa IT del grupo, la estrategia tecnológica y los proyectos a desarrollar e implantar.
  • Coordinar proyectos de implantación de sistemas y realizar el seguimiento de su evolución y resultados.
  • Identificar las necesidades, particularidades y limitaciones del territorio para mejorar la planificación y coordinación de los proyectos de IT.
  • Participar en las decisiones relativas al desarrollo de soluciones por parte de los partners tecnológicos, asegurando su aplicabilidad en Cataluña.
  • Actuar como figura estratégica de contraste, discusión y alineación entre la estrategia corporativa y la realidad operativa de Cataluña.
  • Promover oportunidades de mejora, eficiencia y digitalización en la gestión.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Electrónica, Industrial o similar.
  • Conocimientos de bases de datos, sistemas informáticos, análisis de datos y tecnologías de la información.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años trabajando con sistemas de información.
  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en coordinación y planificación de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Nivel alto de inglés y catalán.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, resiliencia y adaptación a distintos entornos y necesidades.
  • Visión estratégica, capacidad de interlocución y habilidad para alinear diferentes realidades y grupos de interés.
