Cette alternance s’inscrit au sein du département logistique, dans un environnement industriel en transformation, avec des enjeux forts de performance opérationnelle, de pilotage de projets et d’amélioration continue.

Vous interviendrez sur le pilotage des sujets logistiques en phase projet, en amont de la vie série, tout en contribuant à structurer et déployer des démarches d’amélioration continue sur les flux et les processus logistiques.

Vos missions

Amélioration continue

  • Analyse et optimisation des flux logistiques (internes et externes)
  • Travail sur les principes de Juste-à-Temps (JAT) et les processus associés
  • Identification de leviers de performance, de simplification et de fiabilisation
  • Contribution aux actions d’amélioration continue du département logistique

Pilotage de projets logistiques

  • Participation aux projets de : déménagement de la réception et du quai de chargement (suite et finalisation), automatisation du rangement des produits finis, automatisation du ramassage des produits finis en production
  • Suivi des jalons, coordination des acteurs et contribution à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle

Organisation & management visuel

  • Mise en place d’un management visuel pour le picking des composants
  • Structuration des standards et supports logistiques

Interface projets avant SOP

  • Interlocuteur logistique sur les projets avant démarrage série (SOP) : nouveaux sites clients, nouvelles références, calage des flux et des organisations logistiques

Votre profil

Formation

  • Étudiant(e) en Master Supply Chain, Logistique, Génie Industriel ou équivalent sur 1 à 2 ans

Compétences académiques et techniques

  • Connaissances de base en conduite de projet, management transversal
  • Intérêt pour l’optimisation des processus, l’amélioration continue & les environnements industriels
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques : Excel, Word, PowerPoint ERP (utilisation ou compréhension des principes)

Savoir‑être

  • Esprit d’analyse et sens de l’organisation
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs sujets en parallèle
  • Proactivité et force de proposition
  • Rigueur méthodologique
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en transversal (logistique, production, projets)

Langues

Anglais professionnel requis (échanges écrits et oraux, documentation)
