The posting

Are you a young ambitious leader who wants exposure in Startups and Corporates? Did you want to become a corporate planner at some point in your carrier and exposure across business verticals? Are you skilled at planning and co-ordinating and keeping people accountable? Can you use tools like Click-up, Asana,etc.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the group CEO.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Support project managers in achieving project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Plan discussions and follow up conversations with relevant team members, to ensure new leads are handled efficiently and the relevant team engages in a timely manner.
  • Should be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion on all matters maintaining professional temperament.
  • Monthly / Quarterly Business Review Coordination and follow ups.
  • Provide coordination for all external/internal admin requirements of the Veracity Group.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of Group CEO and Coordinate calendars and plan meetings with internal / external parties as required.
  • Plan all budgets, itinerary, meetings and travel arrangements for local / overseas travel for teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with flexible working hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft packages, clickup will be advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, take on challenges proactively, and prioritize effectively to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
