This is Hybrid Opportunity starting from 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end test planning, test design, execution, and release validation for Salesforce and related enterprise applications.
  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, API, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, workflows, flows, permissions, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Test integrations between Salesforce and connected systems such as Boomi, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Outreach, SFMC, and other business platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, and integration test suites.
  • Expand automated regression coverage to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing effort.
  • Execute automation suites within CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot automation failures.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira.
  • Perform root cause analysis and validate defect fixes.
  • Provide testing status updates, quality metrics, automation coverage reports, and release readiness recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS applications and API testing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions used in production environments.
  • Experience with one or more automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language used for automation, such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
  • Experience with API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
  • Experience testing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or other enterprise business systems.
  • Experience using Jira and test management tools such as Xray or Zephyr.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and maintain overlap with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce-specific testing and automation tools, including Selenium Playwright.
  • Experience executing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
  • Experience testing integrations, middleware, or data flows using platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
  • Exposure to business applications such as Kantata, Gainsight, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), LEAH, or Zuora.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level, Test Automation Engineer, or similar QA certification.
  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
