Reportando al Manager de ventas en el mercado Municipal, el Responsable de Ventas en el mercado municipal estará a cargo de desarrollar y hacer crecer a Hach en zona Norte (Bilbao, San Sebastián, Burgos) gestionando todos los temas comerciales y asegurando una atención óptima a los clientes. Este rol es parte del equipo comercial ubicado en Bilbao y es remoto.

En este puesto, las funciones a desarrollar serían:

  • Consecución de los objetivos de venta asignados según los KPIs.
  • Realización de actividades comerciales y visitas a clientes municipales en el sector del agua.
  • Dar soporte técnico, asesorando a potenciales clientes para la identificación de necesidades, ofreciendo soluciones a proyectos y aplicaciones de los mismos.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento comercial de las ofertas técnicas.
  • Actividades comerciales relacionadas con el correcto desarrollo de las cuentas de clientes municipales.
  • Colaboración con los departamentos: Servicio Técnico, Finanzas, Marketing, Administrativo.
  • Realización de proyectos a nivel regional alineados con la estrategia de la empresa.

Los requisitos esenciales del puesto incluyen:

  • Amplia experiencia en ventas en el sector de tratamiento de aguas municipales, tanto en laboratorio como en instrumentación de procesos, EDAR’s, ETAP’s, IDAM’s….. (la experiencia en el sector municipal es una ventaja).
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas CRM, preferiblemente en SFDC.
  • Se valorará haber completado estudios técnicos a nivel formativo: ingeniería, química, tecnología de procesos, formación superior profesional … etc.
  • Nivel medio de inglés.
