L’Union des transports publics (UTP) est l’association faîtière nationale des entreprises de transports publics de tous les secteurs de trafic (trafic régional voyageurs, trafic local, trafic touristique et trafic marchandises). Elle représente les intérêts des entreprises de transport au niveau fédéral vis\-à\-vis du monde politique, des autorités et des tiers, et promeut un système de transports publics suisses global qui soit orienté sur la clientèle. En outre, l’UTP est responsable de différentes formations initiales, de formations et de formations continues ainsi que de l’Ouvrage de référence en matière de technique ferroviaire (RTE). Elle collabore étroitement avec l’organisation de la branche qu’est l’Alliance SwissPass.

Avocat(e) ou juriste de talent, vous connaissez les domaines juridiques liés au transport de voyageurs ou êtes pleinement motivé(e) à vous spécialiser dans ce sujet. Venez rejoindre les rangs de notre petite équipe en tant que

juriste (60 à 80 %)

Vous traiterez en particulier du droit des contrats, du transport de voyageurs, du travail et des sociétés, du droit des marchés publics, de la protection des données ainsi que de la formation. Entrée en fonction au 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir.

Vos tâches Vous procédez à des analyses juridiques dans les domaines susmentionnés, que ce soit pour notre personnel et nos entreprises membres ou pour des organes auxquels participent les organisations. Le travail effectué pour le service de médiation des transports publics constitue une part essentielle de votre activité. En outre, vous représentez les intérêts de l’Union des transports publics et de l’Alliance SwissPass dans des groupes de travail et de projets, et auprès de différents acteurs de la scène nationale (autorités, privés et autres).

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un master en droit (MLaw) et dans l’idéal de premières expériences professionnelles dans le domaine du droit.
  • Vous vous intéressez à la mobilité et la politique des associations.
  • Votre langue maternelle est le français, l’allemand ou l’italien, et vous possédez de très bonnes connaissances écrites et orales de l’allemand (niveau C2\) ainsi que de bonnes connaissances écrites et orales du français (au moins niveau B2\).
  • Vous savez faire preuve de discrétion et vous exprimer avec aisance à l’écrit comme oralement.
  • Vous appréciez le contact humain et mettez l’accent sur la clientèle. Vous avez des talents d’argumentation, le sens de l’initiative et savez prendre des décisions.
