Aide-Soignant (m/f/d)pour notre FOYER DE JOUR POUR PERSONNES ÂGÉESLivange - CDI, 40 heures par semaine sous CCT SASAfin de garantir un bon encadrement des bénéficiaires, nous recherchons des collaborateurs motivés et engagés pour notre Foyer de Jour. Vos activités principales :• encadrer les bénéficiaires pendant leur séjour au Foyer de Jour et veiller à leur bien-être.• assurer les aides aux bénéficiaires pour les soins d'hygiène et pour les tâches de la vie quotidienne afin d'encourager et de maintenir leur autonomie• participer et soutenir des activités axées sur la biographie.• dispenser toutes les aides définies par le plan de soins et toute autre aide afin de promouvoir le bien-être physique et psychique du patient pris en charge• assurer le transport des bénéficiaires entre leur domicile et le centre de jour.• communiquer de manière claire et transparente.• effectuer la gestion administrative des dossiers et les transmissions orales et écrites Votre profil :• maîtrise de la langue luxembourgeoise et française obligatoire; la maîtrise de toute autre langue est un atout• être en possession d'un diplôme d'aide-soignant et de l'autorisation d'exercer y relative au Luxembourg• avoir accompli la formation TUTEUR• être en possession du permis de conduire B valable• être à l'aise à la fois pour le travail en autonomie et en équipe• vous êtes empathique, flexible, motivé et engagé.• vous êtes à l'aise avec les personnes âgées et avez un bon contact avec les autres.• avoir un bon sens de la relation humaine• maîtriser les outils bureautiques et plates-formes informatiques usuels• une expérience en psychogériatrie et dans la prise en charge de personnes atteintes de démence est un atout. Nous offrons :• horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi entre 07h15 à 18h30 selon plan de travail• un environnement de travail agréable et dynamique avec une bonne ambiance de travail• une rémunération et des conditions de travail intéressantes suivant convention collective de travail CCT-SAS.• un accès à la promotion de la formation continue et du développement personnel Les candidatures sont traitées en toute confidentialité.
