Infirmier diplômé (m/f/d)Chez quelqu'un à domicile, vous n'êtes pas simplement là pour réaliser un soin. Vous êtes souvent la présence soignante la plus régulière dans leur vie. Un patient qui vous ouvre sa porte vous fait confiance avant même de vous connaître — et chez Verbandskëscht, nous cherchons des infirmier(ère)s qui prennent cette responsabilité au sérieux, et qui y trouvent du sens.Sur le terrain :• Prendre en charge une tournée de patients à domicile au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, en lien étroit avec votre cadre de soins.• Réaliser l'ensemble des soins infirmiers prescrits, avec une expertise particulière en soins de plaies.• Observer, analyser et adapter votre approche : chaque patient est différent, chaque situation évolue.• Assurer la continuité du lien entre le patient, sa famille et le reste de l'équipe.Au sein de l'équipe :• Participer activement aux transmissions et aux réunions pluridisciplinaires.• Contribuer à la qualité globale des soins en partageant vos observations et votre expertise.• Évoluer dans une organisation certifiée Great Place to Work, où la qualité des soins est une conviction partagée — pas un argument de communication. CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONSPrérequis :• Autorisation d'exercer la profession d'infirmier(ère) au Luxembourg.• Maîtrise du luxembourgeois et du français, indispensable pour créer un lien de confiance avec vos patients.• Permis B valide.Qualités recherchées :• Sens clinique aiguisé — vous repérez ce qui change, ce qui inquiète, ce qui n'est pas dit.• Rigueur et autonomie dans l'organisation de votre tournée, sans perdre le sens du collectif.• Capacité à établir une relation de confiance, même lors de visites courtes.• Une expérience en milieu hospitalier ou extrahospitalier est appréciée.
