Ensemble, contribuons à un accompagnement humain, respectueux et complet, au service de ceux qui en ont besoin.Votre mission :Au sein d'un équipe pluridisciplinaire vous prenez en charge un tournée de plusieurs patients pour prester des actes de kinésithérapie au patient à son domicileVos activités principales :• dispenser tous les actes et soins prescrits sur ordonnance médicale et/ou sur initiative propre ainsi que les AAI prévus par l'Assurance Dépendance.• effectuer la rééducation et l'encadrement de nos patients• organiser des activités spécialisées et aider nos patients à retrouver l'autonomie nécessaire à leur vie quotidienne, directement à leur domicile.• prendre en charge tous types de patients, du plus jeune au plus âgé.• avoir un rôle actif dans l'accompagnement de nos patients en fin de vie• participer au développement et à l'épanouissement du service, ainsi que de son imageProfil souhaité :• Être en possession de l'autorisation d'exercer en tant que Kinésithérapeute au Luxembourg ;• Maîtrise de la langue luxembourgeoise et française obligatoire;• Toute expérience dans le cadre de l'Assurance Dépendance est considérée comme un atout ;• Être en possession d'un Permis B valable ;• Aptitudes, et qualités personnelles :o Engagement et motivation,o Bonne Capacité d'observation, d'analyse et de synthèse,o Bonne communication,o Disponibilité, flexibilité, et esprit d'équipe,o Politesse, franchise, honnêteté et discrétion.Nous offrons :• un environnement de travail agréable et dynamique avec une bonne ambiance de travail• une rémunération et des conditions de travail intéressantes suivant convention collective de travail CCT-SAS.• un accès à la promotion de la formation continue et du développement personnelLes candidatures sont traitées en toute confidentialité.En cas d'embauche un extrait de casier judiciaire (bulletin n°3, n°4 et n°5) vous sera demandé aux fins de l'appréciation de votre honorabilité.Type de contrat :• CDI – 40 h/sem• Début de contrat à convenir
