Im Strategischen Einkauf sicherst du unsere Versorgung mit elektronischen Bauteilen – mit Verhandlungsgeschick, technischem Verständnis und fundierter Einkaufserfahrung.

Wir suchen ab sofort in Teilzeit (20 bis 30 Stunden pro Woche) an unserem Produktionsstandort in Fulda eine:n Strategische:n Einkäufer:in (gn) zur Verstärkung unseres Purchasing-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst die Einkaufsstrategie für elektronische Bauteile und ausgewählte Warengruppen weiter und setzt sie um
  • Du entwickelst ein leistungsfähiges Lieferantenportfolio weiter, von der Marktanalyse bis zur Freigabe neuer Lieferanten
  • Du führst Jahres-, Rahmen- und Vertragsverhandlungen und gestaltest Lieferverträge und Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen
  • Du verantwortest die Lieferantenbewertung und -entwicklung und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Qualitätswesen zusammen
  • Du erkennst Versorgungsrisiken wie Allokationen, Abkündigungen oder Single Sourcing frühzeitig und leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ein
  • Du identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und steuerst sie über aussagekräftige Einkaufs-KPIs
  • Für den Projekteinkauf, die Hardware-Entwicklung und das Produktmanagement bist du die Ansprechperson für strategische Lieferantenentscheidungen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Betriebswirtschaft, Technischer Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine gleichwertige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf mit, idealerweise in der Elektronikindustrie
  • Mit elektronischen Bauteilen und den zugehörigen Beschaffungsmärkten kennst du dich gut aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Deine Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office sind sehr gut
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert
  • Du trittst sicher auf, verhandelst geschickt und setzt dich durch
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und mit Eigeninitiative
