Wil jij vastgoed, techniek en duurzaamheid combineren in een rol waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én echt invloed hebt op hoe een portefeuille zich ontwikkelt?

Als Asset Manager bij Anvast werk je aan een internationale vastgoedportefeuille en krijg je de kans om je ervaring breed in te zetten. Van technische en duurzame verbeteringen tot renovatieprojecten, commercie en waardecreatie: je bent betrokken bij het volledige speelveld van asset management. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt geleidelijk meer eigenaarschap. Wat begint met ondersteunen en meedraaien, groeit door naar zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een eigen portefeuille die je van A tot Z beheert. Ondertussen groei je mee met een kleine, ondernemende organisatie met korte lijnen en veel vertrouwen.

Een mooie stap voor een vastgoedprofessional die al een aantal stappen heeft gezet en klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en door te groeien naar een zelfstandige Asset Manager.

  • Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde, Vastgoed, Real Estate, Bouwmanagement of een vergelijkbare technische richting. (Een technische achtergrond vanuit werkervaring is ook passend)
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen asset management, projectmanagement of vastgoedontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring met de verduurzaming van vastgoed en interesse in ESG.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en het vermogen om hoofd- en bijzaken te onderscheiden.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze, met oog voor detail en kosten.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, ook wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen.
  • Een ambitieuze en ondernemende instelling en de drive om mee te groeien met een organisatie in ontwikkeling.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen, onder andere naar Antwerpen en internationale vastgoedlocaties.
  • Je begeleidt onderhouds-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten en stemt af met onder andere architecten, aannemers, ingenieurs en property managers.
  • Je werkt aan de verduurzaming en technische ontwikkeling van vastgoed en houdt de voortgang van de ESG-doelstellingen in de gaten.
  • Je beoordeelt offertes, technische rapportages, contracten en voorstellen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt mee aan meerjarenonderhoudsplannen, budgetten en Capex-beslissingen en houdt daarbij scherp zicht op kosten.
  • Je houdt je bezig met verhuur, huurcontracten en het contact met huurders en andere stakeholders.
  • Je analyseert de prestaties van vastgoed en werkt mee aan businessplannen, rapportages en waardecreatie.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en compliance van de vastgoedportefeuille, waaronder energielabels, certificaten en inspecties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij technische en commerciële due diligence bij mogelijke acquisities.
